Is there a delivery fee?
Yes! We deliver throughout the Denver Metro area. Delivery fees are calculated per mile to ensure fair, transparent pricing.

Is it possible to pick up my order?
Absolutely! Pick-up is available for a small fee of $2.00 at either of our two convenient locations in Denver, CO and Simla, CO.

Can you ship products?
At this time, we DO NOT offer shipping outside of Colorado.

What’s included in the total cost of my purchase?

Bundles – Processing and packaging are included in the listed price.

Custom Beef or Pork Orders – A deposit is required and applied toward your total cost. Once your processing date arrives, we’ll contact you with details. After we receive the hanging weight from our processor, you’ll receive a final invoice including weight, processing, and packaging costs.

Custom Lamb or Goat Orders – Offered at a flat rate that includes the product and processing fees. After payment, you’ll receive a $150 processing invoice and your scheduled processing date.

All products are vacuum sealed in heavy-duty packaging. Occasionally, a seal may break — if that happens, simply use that item first.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 7 days of being placed.

Important: When placing an order, please double-check your address — include apartment or suite numbers and any details to help our driver find your home easily.

Custom Orders:
Processing dates are pre-scheduled, and our beef is dry-aged 2–3 weeks for premium flavor and tenderness. Most custom orders are completed within 30 days.

Please note: No refunds once processing has begun.

How much meat should I order?

Whole Cow – Feeds a family of four for about one year.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept SNAP/EBT, PayPal, debit cards, credit cards, and cash.
